Awaken Your Inner Healing

There were so many times I was waiting for someone to change in order to feel better. I searched for many ways to heal and I just wanted the hurt and pain to go away. I literally tried everything I could think of and it would provide a little bit of relief but it was a short term fix. I would find myself right back to why is everything against me and no one really cares. 

What really helped me shift is learning about going within to heal. I had the power to use the tools and blend it with the inner work. 

Here are some steps I used for inner healing.

  1. Observing my feelings and stop judging them.

  2. Feel the feelings without becoming the emotion to release it and let it go.

  3. Triggers became my mirror to myself. 

  4. Rewrite my old feelings to new ones I wanted to feel

  5. Created a sacred physical space and ritual to self heal.

  6. Practice being grateful and mindful.   

My passion is to hold space for women who want to awaken their inner healing. I guide you to your inner power and show you how to listen to your intuition and trust yourself.
